Terms and Conditions

1. Informed Absence Freeze: 

In the event of an informed absence, the Institute retains the option to suspend a driving session for a maximum of one month. Beyond this period, students are required to re-enroll and pay for the session once again.

2. Money-Back Guarantee: 

The money-back guarantee is applicable solely to sessions conducted with a single-controlled car.

3. Grace Time: 

A leniency of 5 minutes is permitted for late arrivals. If a student exceeds this grace time, the session will commence from the delayed point.

4. Accompanying Individuals: 

Students have the option to bring along a relative or friend as an observer in the car, provided the instructor grants approval.

5. Refund Criteria: 

Refunds will exclusively be considered in situations where the student demonstrates no progress or learning. To initiate a refund, a deduction of 30% from the remaining classes will be applicable. Admission fees and utilized classes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Learner's License Processing: 

Processing delays for the issuance of a Learner's License, a product of Traffic Police Punjab, will be directly attributed to them.

7. Weather/Condition-Related Postponement: 

In cases of unsuitable weather conditions such as rain, fog, or city protests, the Company reserves the right to postpone classes for all students.

8. Uninformed Absence: 

In situations where the student's absence is unreported and the instructor has reached the designated pickup point, the respective class will be considered as taken.

9. Class Scheduling: 

To optimize student progress, classes will be scheduled on alternate days. Group A will have sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while Group B will have classes on Tuesday, and Thursday only. Students will be rotated in groups every week.

10. Weekend Holidays: 

Saturday and Sundays are designated as a holiday for our driving instructors. However, our Whatsapp chat services will remain accessible round the clock.

11. Personal Vehicle Practice: 

Students are welcome to use their personal vehicles for practice sessions with the instructor at a later stage.

12. Recorded Sessions: 

All driving sessions are recorded for educational purposes, with selected clips uploaded regularly on our social media platforms to showcase the learning journey of our students.
